Platform Terms

Platform Terms

VERSION 1.0 · 12 JUNE 2026 · DEMONSTRATION & EVALUATION ENVIRONMENT

1. Who Provides the Platform

REG-DIGITAL is a trading name of IS-Consulting, Slovakia, Company ID: 52157881, D-U-N-S® Number: 496464825 (“REG-DIGITAL”, “we”, “us”).

These Platform Terms govern access to REG-DIGITAL for demonstration, evaluation, and pilot purposes. Certain organisations may also enter into separate written agreements governing pilot participation, confidentiality, data processing, support arrangements, or commercial terms. Where such an agreement exists, it prevails to the extent of any conflict.

2. Access and Accounts

Access is limited to authorised users of organisations that have been granted access by REG-DIGITAL or an authorised organisation administrator. Credentials are issued by your administrator and are personal: do not share them, and keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and must promptly notify your administrator or us of any suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its data, or any organisation’s isolation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to access another organisation’s data or any account other than your own; probe, scan, or test the platform’s security except as agreed in writing; introduce malicious code; copy, scrape, or extract the platform’s models, scenario libraries, or reasoning logic; or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

4. Your Content and Our Platform

Your organisation retains all rights in the inputs it provides and in the supervisory reviews, positions, and dossiers generated for it (“Organisation Content”). We retain all rights in the platform itself, including its software, design, scenario architecture, behavioural and materiality models, and the REG-DIGITAL name and branding. Any additional rights or restrictions applicable to pilot participants may be defined in separate written agreements.

5. Nature of Platform Outputs — Important

REG-DIGITAL is supervisory reasoning infrastructure: it produces deterministic, traceable interpretations to support your organisation’s regulatory analysis and governance. Platform outputs — including supervisory positions, dossiers, and escalation indications — are decision support. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or a regulatory determination, and they do not replace the judgement or responsibility of your organisation, its management body, or its advisers. Responsibility for regulatory compliance decisions remains with your organisation at all times.

6. Evaluation and Pilot Environment

REG-DIGITAL is currently provided as an evaluation and pilot environment. Access may be granted for demonstration, product assessment, feedback, pilot preparation, or pilot participation. Availability is not guaranteed, features may change, and no service levels apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Demonstration Access

Certain accounts may be granted access solely for demonstration or evaluation purposes. Demonstration access does not constitute participation in a formal pilot programme and does not create any obligation on either party to enter into a pilot, commercial subscription, partnership, or investment relationship.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement that may apply, REG-DIGITAL is provided on an evaluation and demonstration basis. We are not liable to individual users for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access to or use of the platform.

Users remain responsible for evaluating platform outputs and for any decisions, actions, or regulatory conclusions taken on the basis of those outputs.

9. Privacy

Our processing of users’ personal data is described in the REG-DIGITAL Privacy Notice. Processing of Organisation Content may be governed by separate written agreements where applicable.

10. Suspension and Termination

Your access ends when your organisation's access ends, when your administrator removes your account, when an evaluation period expires, or when we suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 8, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law and General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Slovak courts, unless the Pilot Agreement provides otherwise. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. We may update these Terms; material updates will be notified to your organisation’s administrator, and the version and date above identify the current text.

These Terms do not create any obligation on REG-DIGITAL to provide continued access, future features, pilot participation, investment opportunities, partnership arrangements, or commercial services.
